Drinking friend of Jax dismissed from lawsuit (Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Tribune)

MANKATO, Minn. - A friend of the Minnesota State University student who drank herself to death is no longer a defendant in the resulting wrongful death lawsuit.

Victoria’s Secret has been in some hot water lately. Some women have recently complained of rashes, hives, and permanent scarring from wearing their new Victoria’s Secret bras. Unsuccessful House Candidate Sues Stacey Campfield

The Associated Press on Roger Byrge’s lawsuit: The lawsuit alleges that Campfield, of Knoxville, falsely wrote on his blog that Byrge had been arrested several times on drug charges. Campfield said he has not seen the lawsuit. He said he was only repeating what he had heard about Byrge, and that he was not presenting it as a fact.
